Darlene always had a caring smile for everyone attending McCallum HS.  Her family was so lucky to have shared many years with her.  Bless her soul.

Darlene is one very great loss to this life. She was one who never failed to give. But now she will be at rest and at peace. May she be for the eternity held in the arms of angels.

Blessing to her and her fammily. She is in a better place.

Sincerely,

David Robinson

Anyone who met Darlene knew immediately that she was special; knowing her gave one a

glimpse of her goodness. I can only imagine how she will be missed.

Bennie, surely you will see these many comments and find some solace.

Be strong, my friend, and know that we all send sympathy to you and your family.

God bless,

Bob

Darlene and I were friends at Baker and McCallum and attended the same church for many years. I have so many fond memories of her.  Clyde and I went to New Orleans with her and Bennie in the 60's and had a great time. She always had a smile on her face and was a friend to all.  God's blessings to her family.

I remember Darlene and Bennie too - from McCallum days and also from St. Martin's, where we all grew up in Sunday School and the youth group together.  I am sorry that I have lived my adult life so far away and didn't get to keep up with the two of you, Bennie.  I wish you many happy memories of Darlene, who will live on in your family's shared experiences over all the 70 years that she lived.
