Where Pens Come From

So, You thought that some factory was making those wonderful souvenir pens? Well, you were wrong. One of our classmates volunteered to make these pens by hand in his own home workshop with one stipulation; the promise of anonymity. His idea was that the pens were important to the Memorial Project, not him. One more example of the kind of class our class has! (Scroll down for information on where to send contributions for a pen.)

Gathering wood from the old gym.                                                  Yes! Chewing Gum Removed first from team bench.!

Kind of self-explanatory. laugh                                             Whatever you do, don't sneeze!

Final Product

Shipping, the final frontier. (Pardon the Star Trek reference) Now you know why it has taken so long for you to receive your pen. Each pen is handmade to order. The kits that include the hardware, and also the gift box are the only factory made components.

If you would like a pen made from wood taken from one of these special locations, we are asking for a donation of $35.00.  Again, these pens come in a beautiful gift box and include a numbered certificate of authenticity with the location of the wood used.

If you would like one or more of these pens, send your check for the appropriate amount, made out to:
