Seated alphabetically, I was lucky to be Charlie's Chemistry lab partner. If not for his assistance I would have been sunk. With his humor and tenacity he made the challenging class bearable. I loved Charlie's humor!
Lt. Chas Brown was killed less than a year afer his buddy Jim Prommersberger. Chas was killed while on perimeter defense when engaging the hostile force in firefight on 3/20/67. His wife (Karen Good, class of '63) and a 5-month old daughter Heather Sue were left.
