Skeets was born in Austintown,Ohio, graduated from Fitch High School. Served in the US Army-A.S.A during the Vietnam War in Germany. Employed in NW Indiana, Budd Automotive retired from Nipsco moving to Tucson where he worked at Ventana Medical.
