Mr. Jack was my 7th grade shop teacher and he was a lot of fun as a teacher. I remember we had metal shop, but we also made a tooled leather belt. Not easy to do, but he patiently taught us how it was done. My brother rented a home of his located on east Tuxedo Blvd, so we had that connection. As you know, his athletic abilities were phenominal and when school was out for the summer he and a friend would run from the Madison parking lot to the mound located near P66's research center. Often, when they finished their run, they would spot for each other at the weight bench. He was always a teacher who was black or white with his answers, no gray area. I appreciated that. May he RIP..

Gary Scott, thank you for posting this info about your time with Kenny. He was one-in-a-million, always upbeat and could visit with anyone, was well-versed in many subjects. He will be missed by all who knew him.
I'm very sorry to hear this sad news. At our 40th Reunion I visited with Kenny and his wife for a short time as I was gatheirng-up cameras and lenses, getting ready to leave. I wish I'd taken more time to talk that evening.
