Frank had great enthusiasm and an insightful, wry, and sometimes painfully truthful sense of humor. His cartoons could be quite "wicked".     A delight to be around. He will be sorely missed.

Frank had a one of a kind sense of humor and a world class laugh to go with it.  His personality was genuine.  There was no pretentiousness about him.  And, you wouldn't see it if you were just a casual acquaintance,  but he had a remarkable intellectual side to his personality and a strong desire to succeed.

Frank and I were best friends in our high school days.  We had a lot of great times together, including playing tennis and summers at Godfrey's Pond.  We spent our Friday and Saturday nights at parties or socials at the YMCA.  Our weekend nights usually ended at Pontillo's, but we had occasional weekend benders including one where he literally dropped me off on my front lawn after I failed his "push-ups" sobriety test.

We attended UB together.  I remember helping him in calculus class in our sophmore year. Soon he met Paulette and I met Carol.  The four of us went out together occasionally,  but eventually we went our separate ways.

I miss him a lot now that I am reminscing about my high school days.
