School Story:
I was expelled 6 weeks before graduation. I initially was accepted to Bellaire because it was a magnet school for language. I took two years of Spanish. (This oddly paid off as I quickly picked it back up during my residency in LA, another story...) My senior year, no one mentioned my need to take a language, so I didn't bring it up. Of course it was language that allowed me to attend. Six weeks prior to graduating, JD Gregory called me in to his office to drop the hammer. He told me I wasn't going to graduate, that he was transferring me back to Westbury, my zoned school. Within a day I arranged for a special transfer back to High Shul. JD gave me quite the evil eye when I walked the podium at graduation.
Here's another I haven't thought about in a long while:
When my best friend and I first went to Bellaire, we didn't have any wheels. So an older "friend" from a different AZA chapter volunteered to give us a ride. At the time we had heard that he worked as a "narc" but didn't know that he had a thing for other guys. It didn't take us long to figure it out as he would always jokingly grope at us, especially if we were sitting in his front seat while carpooling. The part I remember best was me and my best friend fighting over who got to sit in the back.
