Richard Dale Schulze, 58, Oaktown, passed away Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011, from a long illness of Alzheimer’s.
He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Julie Ann Schulze; a son, Jeremy; stepdaughter Erin Longtin; his mother, Norma; one brother, Steve Schulze and his wife, Julie; and a sister, Barbara Donnar and her husband, Kent.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry; and a sister, Sherry.
There will be no services. His body was donated to the Indiana University School of Medicine. Memorial contributions may be made to Good Samaritan Hospice.

I've known Richie since kindergarten and we were neighbors. His mother and my mother, along with two other moms, were room mothers. So sorry. He donated his body to medical science and there were no services.
