Jake Minton

Left the business in 1994 to pursue Prison Ministry full time, lived in an orphanage in Reynosa, Mexico for a year and then rented rafts and tubes in New Braunfels. Met my wife in 2000 moved back to the Panhandle then and have been at the Funeral Home (Reunion Central) since then. I now have 10 Grandchildren Jordan 20 , Jaya 14, Addison 10, Lawson 7, Declan 5, Olivia 4, Hudson Hulsey 3, Hudson Minton 3. Alaina 2 and Emerson 1.
It's really great to be back in Borger, I found in my travels that there really is "No place like home." God is good and that makes my life good.
Home is now in Amarillo we moved to be with our grandkids and now I commute to work in Borger. Good changes.

I do remember how Mr. Schickendanz could swing a paddle. I saw him recently at a funeral and he is not near as big as he used to seem. I don't know if I could take him though.
I remember that I started smoking Camel non-filters because all the football guys would bum the Marlboros. I told some young person about the smokers walk and she was appalled that we had something like that on school grounds.
Wow, it was a much simpler time back then, wish I could remember more of it, or maybe not. Now we have moved to Amarillo more news coming later.
