Mike Roberts

Michael Roberts

After high school Mike went on to the UW for a few years. He joined the marching band with the trumpet being his instrument of choice. Mike dropped out of school in his junior year and joined the Air Force where he said he had some of the best times of his life. He was stationed in California and Puerto Rico.  Once out of the Air Force he finished up a business degree back at the UW.  He tried his hand at an office job but ended up following his father's footsteps and became a talented craftsman.

Mike built many beautiful homes on Vashon Island, Whidbey Island and Tukwila throughout his career and was a partner in RK Builders. In his leisure he would spend time with friends and family camping and boating at Lake Chelan and the Washington Coast. He loved Eastern Washington and was contemplating retiring in Chelan.  He had lived in Langley, WA since building a house there in 1999 until his death in October of 2014.
