Prior to entering the military at age 18, worked on ranches in eastern Washington and Idaho and fought forest fires in Montana and Wyoming, (Yellowstone). Floated the Yellowstone, Missouri and Mississippi rivers by Kayak from Livingston, Montana to New Orleans. After military service, in addition to my primary employment, did private armed security work most nights and weekends up until age 54 when I experienced a heart attack. At that point I thought it best to retire from the protection business while still undefeated. Continued with my daytime "desk job" for another five years before hanging that up too. Now I just enjoy my home, some travel and the company of a few special friends. Life is good!

Comments:

"There comes a point in your life when you realize who matters, who never did, who won't anymore and who always will. So, don't worry about people
from the past, there is a reason why they didn't make it to your future."

Have you ever been on TV or radio? Where? When (elaborate please)?

Was in my first movie, (featured role), while in the 6th grade at E.C. Hughes in West Seattle. Much later in life, I have appeared in a couple of commercials and as an extra in a few movies.
Have also made local television appearances but prefer to keep a low profile.

Any newspaper or magazine articles you have had published or that have been written/published about you? Any books you have written/published?

Yes, I've appeared in some newspaper and magazine articles. Have also been approached about writing a book and/or screenplay based on some of my life experiences. No longer financially motivated, not sure that I have any interest or desire for doing that.
"If it wasn't for procrastination, I'd have nothing to do tomorrow."
