    Richard Allen Gardner died March 6, 2003, at age 59.
    Mr. Gardner was born April 29, 1943, in Billings, Mont. He served in the Army. He moved to Portland in 1986 and was a self-employed antiques dealer. In January, he married Pamela Meadows.
    Survivors include his wife; and sisters, Phyllis Cook, Carol Rinehart, Eva Tonning and Cubby Smith.
