Carroll R. "Si" Siverson

Carroll passed away peacefully on March 31. Born November 5, 1918 in a Skagit County logging camp to Norwegian immigrant parents, Gina and Pete. Attended Mt. Vernon High School and Junior College and graduated from the University of Washington. He served 4 years as an Army Sgt. in WWII. He was an educator in the Northshore School District for 30 years as a teacher, counselor and the vice principal of Bothell High School. In 1965 he opened Inglemoor High School. He retired in 1977. In 1949 he married Ruth Enroth and they traveled life together for 58 years until her passing in 2007. They had one daughter, Lynne. Si was an inspiration to hundreds of students and teachers, a friend to all, a devoted family man and a natural entertainer who always made us laugh. A celebration of his life will be held at the Bothell First Lutheran Church, 10207 NE 183rd St, Friday, April 13 at 2:00 p.m. Si was a founding member of the Northshore Kiwanis Club.
