I'm happy to come to your clinic or to the child's natural environment to assess and offer treatment recommendations as appropriate. Requirements include a copy of the initial patient evaluation and the last 2-3 treatment notes with information about your concerns with the current plan of care/ patient's progress. Unfortunately, I can not bill insurance for this service as there are typically issues with multiple therapists providing services for the same episode of care on the same day.
