Dale Lee Orton

1956 - 2015
 

Dale was born in Twin Falls, Idaho on May 13, 1956 to Ralph and Barbara Pedersen Orton and passed away on August 5, 2015. He enjoyed growing up in Twin Falls and Bountiful, Utah. He served a mission to Georgia and graduated from Brigham Young University in Business Marketing in 1985.

Dale married Susan Brannen in 1984. They had three children, Justin, Jordan and Jamison. They divorced in 2002.

He had a twenty-five year career in medical sales beginning with Abbott Laboratories and most recently started his own company where he was employed at the time of his passing.

Dale is survived by his three sons, Justin (Lauren), Jordan and Jamison as well as his five brothers, Kim (Linda), Kevin, Randy (Sherri), Don (Shawn) and Alan. Dale was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and greatly enjoyed spending time with his family.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 11 at noon at the LDS Church located on 1020 East Sunburn Drive, Sandy, Utah. There will not be a viewing, but those wishing to visit with the family prior to the funeral may do so starting at 11:30am. Interment at the Bountiful City Cemetery.
