Yay, I'll get to wear a warm wrap, heehee. Gary got all his coaching buddies in his coaching days in Victoria to call things different for a kind of buddy type humor showing the new coaches coming in it was okay to be silly in a macho type of job. My Skeletoes will be perfect if it doesn't get too cold.

For all you Freeport Junior High Redskins:  After head coaching at BHS after we graduated, Jim Davis coached at Austin LBJ for years, retiring in 1998.  At the time he was the winningest coach in AISD history.  He now works at Golfsmith in Austin.  I visited with him for a little while this week.  He asked if Coach Roy Anderson was still alive.  Does anyone know?  I remember after we beat Galena Park 19-0 in 9th grade, we thought we were damn hot.  Coach Anderson  jumped on a chair in the locker room after the game and said "Listen gentlemen, in 9th grade you don't beat anybody.  You get outstunk.  You guys were outstunk tonight."  Which leads me to the LJ 0-0 game, but I will not dwell on it.  Because after 50 years, I shouldn't.

Mike, Andy Anderson joined this site 5 years ago as a guest member.  You can ask him.   FIS vs LJ 0-0 game, apparently MUCH has scarred you for life.  Who knew you were so very, very delicate?

To Mike Strickland lol. Mike was justt talking  with Coach Anderson's son. He went by Andy in school but now goes by Roy Anderson. He said his Dad moved to East Tx to raise cows when he retired. Roy said he passed away some time ago. Roy is on fb if you want to friend him or I read Carol Reneau's post that he is on this site also.

Hi Classmates,

If you live in the Houston area (including Sugar Land, Friendswood, Clear Lake, Katy, Tomball, Spring, Woodlands), please call me to help you sell your home, or buy a BIGGER one, or transition to another part of the city. You've known me ALL OUR LIVES :-) and it will be so much fun reconnecting with a classmate. I received my real estate license in March 1987. So I still go on mission trips, teach in conferences some, but my full-time job is REAL ESTATE.

And maybe it's not you, but your kiddos, or grandchildren who need an experienced agent. (wow, we have 9 grandchildren). Just give me a call. I make selling or buying a home fun, fun, fun! And don't forget, I can connect you with a REMAX Realtor from anywhere in the world. Our referral base, which allows me to see their expertise, your personal desires in an agent and selling volume the best out there.

HAVE A WONDERFUL HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Y, I'm 6 months+ older. I'm just 40# heavier than in my best fit HS days and fifteen less than a few years ago and 10# >than on my '93 CVA day 24 years ago, this August 7th @4:30am. Seems like yesterday we all jumped off those risers after Billy Everett ran from one end to the other to get his pic twice in front of the old swimming pool veranda. Keep 'em flyin' boyz n goilz. Day to day is a good motto these days. No pain, no gain? Acchh. Naproxen is my choice for those aches and pains. I use it quarterly at most. Things could be really bad for me. I could be bald-headed. Gettit? Heehee. Pic to come, but not much has changed. I'm still vertical as my lil bro Gary Carl H., says.

Greg, you appear distinguished in your photos, as opposed to extinguished. Keep fighting the good fight, my friend. It is so worth it.

I never heard what she went on to do. Figured theatre. I'm still guessing.

Margaret Willis (Boles)

Greg:  Deborah Dunn became an Episcopal Priest with (the honorary title of Canon), much loved by her congregations.  As a Presbyterian Minister, I can say that in many ways she continued in theater in it's highest and most sacred form.  Margaret Boles
