How about I put those things behind my ears and then touched both of my eyes. Deinna had to read the menu to me the rest of the week and fill out my luggage tags.

And I'm not sure who was in the group I left the ship with to go to that festival with on the cruise and we ended up at a Confettis bar. That was scary-but obviously not scary enough-because we stayed-never went to the festival and somehow managed to make it back to the boat.

Hey Natalie... remember that speeding ticket you got when we went to Sylva, NC?

Natalie Clark (Mitchell)

Yeah and I thought I was in the good when the police officer was Wendy Conley's uncle, and then he told me he and Wendy's aunt were divorced. That never showed up on my insurance.

How about that first job we had working for the Shriners-we were Buford's first telemarketers! And remember when we were in the back of that guy's truck who worked there (?)and we were joy riding all over Buford and my mom spotted us and she chased us down to McDonald's and we jumped out and tried to make like we had been there the whole time. We had to listen for weeks about how many kids she saw in emergency room for being thrown out of the back of trucks.

That was Darren Ledford's truck....LOL.

Remember the night you, me, and Dawn didn't come in until 3:00 AM. Thank goodness Gail did not catch us... My mama and daddy would have killed me.....LOL

I remember Layondra! I don't think Jason was the only one she beat up! Gotta hand to her, Girlfriend had a butt!

I had forgotten about the Shriner's job. We had to read from the script with 10 other people around the table.
I remember everyone riding around in the back of the truck. I think I sat up front.

All those times we would sneak out of Laura's basement.... let's see, some of the things we did.... we rolled yards..... met up with Patrick and the guys staying with him on Victor Dr. ..... most of us were always barefoot and Lisa stepped on that frog that time... Christie Whitt nearly killed herself when she fell off that wall next to that driveway up on Shadburn Ferry - when Christie fell she had a huge knot and bruise that instantly came up on her leg- our minds went into over-drive trying to decide what lie to tell Marvine when she saw it- all the while we were taking turns carrying Christie back to the basement with her sobbing....White Simpson caught us and let us all have it.... we had the most fun!!!!

Hey Chris.... remember the time I had to come pick you up in the middle of the night.... I pulled up at Browns Superette and your butt was hiding behind a dumpster. LOL

Me, Lisa, and Donna would sneak out through the gym and go to Donna's house and eat lunch..... we did that several times.

Hey, just curious....did anyone else other than Stephanie, Angie and myself ever go to Duluth, I think T.G.I. Friday's and get served by Tommy Wages? We had a designated driver so the three of us got drunk. We all ordered 'Long Island Ice Teas'...wooo! We thought we were in the good 'till Angie got home, started feeling guilty and cried and confessed to Sharon. I think Sharon even called the restaurant and Tommy got fired. Is my memory serving me correctly ladies? I was so glad that I was staying at my brother's at the time! LOL! My mom would have killed me. We thought we were doing the responsible thing...we had a d.d.! Didn't that count for something?

Was anyone else's first alcoholic drink 'Mad Dog 20/20'? LOL! That was some nasty stuff!

06/10/08 09:55 AM #58

Tammie Wheeler (Kennedy)

I gag every time I think about MD 20/20!
Good ol Boone's Farm-Strawberry Hill.
Can you say "Cheap Drunk?"

I'm surprised I ever drank an alcoholic beverage after that.

06/10/08 10:02 AM #59

Delores Mullen (Scuffham)

Never did the Strawberry Hill! Stacy, my boyfriend from Central, always got us the hook-up. Gives me chills thinking about it! Cheap was the key word! LOL! Was it grape flavored? OOOHHH! It was harsh!

Tammie Wheeler (Kennedy)

As I was going through old pictures, I found a picture of me in a swim suit holding my bottle of Strawberry Hill.
I put that one back in the box!

Rollin yards from Laura's house..... I remember. Who was it that fell and hurt themselves when I caught you guys rolling my yard? I will never forget the screams that woke everyone up in the hood!

Who all hid there secret beverages on Smoky Rd?

Good LORD ALMIGHTY.....Save us now!!! Ohhh yeah...you did!!!! HEHEHEHEHE.....ya'll are way tooo funny!!! I AM not giving all my memories that have started coming back!!!! I will gladly keep them to myself. Actually, I'm glad I was such a great little girl in high school....my wild days didn't come till after graduation. Natalie, remember Michelle's surprise birthday party, you and I and Jodie Curtis and Paula Shadburn threw her at the hotel in Suwanee. Michelle didn't even drink and we all bought over $200 worth of booze!!!! Uggghhhhh Poor Michelle....I did treat you sooo bad huh??? Can't believe you have stuck thru me alllll these years!!!!

LOL hahahahahahaha----Natalie, Dolores, Christy B. and Christy W......I just am sooo glad I didn't hang with you girls in school...(hehehehe) I would have been grounded my whole high school years it sounds like!!!! I must have been a little princess......Cheryl and I never ever ever got into trouble!!!! :o)

Layondra????? Is that the big girl that tried to beat me up in 8th or 9th grade???? Is that her??? If so, I'm still tramatized by that!!!! I believe my sometimes low-self esteem can be because of her......She might have came out of my many years of therapy!!!! (uggghhh.......!!!!!!) I'm sooo kidding guys!!!! :o)
If it wasn't her...the girl that scared me to death, still haunts me sometimes!!!! :o)

I told Laura she had better get on here and look at all the wonderful memories she has created for us. I'm sure Papa(Larry)has many memories of us as well.

I'll tell you Starla, I have forgotten just about every story you tell on me. Boy, I don't think Abbey Mitchell will have a chance of leaving her house once she hits high school.

Christy Bridges (Pirkle)

I am making sure mine aren't looking over my shoulder reading any of these stories.....LOL. Tammie you better make sure Morgan doesn't see them and pass them along to Justin and Lauren......LOL

Natalie - You realize that Gabby and Abbey are pretty tight. From reading these stories about you, it sounds like I need to worried. ;-)

Sad news...thought everyone would like to know that Cassandra Dorsey's mom passed away today.
Also, Bunita Smith's sister passed away on yesterday.
I would be glad to order flowers on the class' behalf if anyone wants to chip in. Just let me know.

06/10/08 06:47 PM #67

Starla Smith (Johnson)

Lacrecia, please send me your address and I will mail you some money. I knew Cassandra's mom and talk to her several times over they past 20 years. I just saw her a couple of years ago.

I will send you $10 to go along with whatever anyone else sends!!!

Thank you for letting us know!!!

NATALIE....If you see, I'm making sure they are just "around-about" memories...I'm making sure I don't write it all out...of course Michelle's party at the hotel in Suwanee was after graduation. Remember John Welch walked in and we all stopped dancing and laughing and said "Hey, dude...we thought you were dead!!!!"

Oh my...Laura's basement. I learned sooooo much there. Who remembers Marvine coming down stairs and the guys were there. Dana came out of the bathroom with some toliet paper and announced that they only came to borrow a roll! Marvine cracked up and I think that may have been the only thing that saved us...Laura especially! Oh, and all those horror movies! I remember having to follow Mark Thomas home one night because he was scared!

RED (Michelle S.)....Where you been girl! I haven't seen you in 19 years. You gave me my only black eye after a band trip to Columbus. ( ou know the trip where the lights were blown out during a rain storm, then some woman got hit by a car, and we didn't get home until 4 or 5 a.m.) Yeah, I never tried to wake you up again! I've missed you!

Shoot Starla, Christy, Tammie, Natalie, Chris Delores...I've missed all of you! We really did have a good time.
