Hi Ivy and classmates of 1962

Need to find out if can go from Michigan into Dakota and back to Washington. unless I have someone to go with me and  drive. Should know by April as going to Hawaii to visit

friend in Kauai. Jill

Thank you Darlene for keeping us posted on the passing of Jeffery Fritza.  Our condolences to his family.  Every year we lose a classmate which makes every gathering of the class a treasured time for memories and current events in our lives.  This July the 55th reunion will again be extra special and that bonding will carry us thru to the future.   Also remember that not every class has the ambition and fortitude to take the time to reunite with classmates.  I am so grateful for each and every one of you who take the time and effort to celebrate the "class of 62".  See you in the summer!

Ever so often you can hear a distant rumble,

It's gathering steam near and from afar.

The sound is akin to the gentle breeze in the cottonwood leaves,

Building momentum as time advances.

In a few weeks it will come to fruitation,

Soon it will be a resounding cheer as the 55th year begins.

Prepare the hometown for the unslaught,

Button it down because the breeze will certainly become a gale.

The graduates of the year "62" come home!

We meet and discuss and proclaim---this is our time to declare!

Never forget all the ones who shaped you in the place you left.

The goofs and errs of your childhood ways have become the stories to share.

Many years have passed since those days.

Each passing year leaves fewer to celebrate.

So be there to remember the past and those no longer among us.

They say you can't go home again--I beg to differ.

To many times we stand aside and let moments slip away.

So taste every moment and live it--these are the times to remember.

Enjoy these that mean the most to you.

As Rascal Flatts sang "I hope the days come easy and the moments pass slow"

That is "My Wish" for you, my friends.
