20th Annual Brian C. Martin Memorial Golf Tournament

Dear Friends, Colleagues, and Classmates, 

I am honored to announce the 20th Annual Brian C. Martin Memorial Golf Tournament. Over the last 19 years, we have helped raise approximately $150,000. We hope you can help make our 20th Anniversary a huge success! 

As many of you are aware, we hold this golf tournament every year to raise money for a need-based scholarship that was established in memory of our classmate, Brian Martin. As a result of this scholarship, several young men who could not afford to attend The Citadel have been able to benefit from a Citadel education. In the past a portion of the proceeds were also donated to great organizations like the Wounded Warrior Project and The Citadel War Memorial. This year, all proceeds will go directly into the scholarship fund. Mark your calendar to attend this year’s tournament!

Enclosed, please find your player information form, a sponsorship information form, a donation form and information on events surrounding the tournament. As usual, this will be a captain’s choice tournament with each team consisting of four members. I encourage you to put together your own fourman team, but it is not necessary and we will form teams as the need arises. *Personal checks and cash will be accepted the day of the tournament. No credit cards.*
