Relatives of Rear Admiral WIlliam Moffett: Attached is our Naval Order Charleston invitation to our ceremony on Sunday, May 20th at 3:00 pm where we will unveil a bronze marker commemorating the Admiral's birthplace and family home at 65 St. Philip Street in Charleston, SC. You're cordially invited! The ceremony will be about 30 minutes in length, and we will have a brief reception following, with a toast to the "Architect of Naval Aviation."
