Retired to the hills of Arkansas because they remind me so much of western North Carolina. Worked for 36 years with the Federal Aviation Administration as an air traffic controller, supervisor and facility manager. Lived and worked in Hickory, Savannah, Ogden, Salt Lake City, Great Falls, Wichita, Kansas City, Omaha and Dallas. Loved every minute of it and had some great adventures!
I am a certified Master Scuba Diver. I recently lost my FAA Pilots License due to Chronic Kidney Disease. Had a kidney transplant in January, 2018 and am doing great healthwise! I swim on average 100 miles per year!
