Jerry, thanks so much for your birthday wishes. Still living in Hollywood, yet might truely settle back on Signal in about 6 years. I have a partner, Michael Kligel, and he's 55. He wants to retire to the mountain after having visited there this summer. I TOLD him he would like it, but being from Massachusetts, the Yankee wasn't sure of below the Mason/Dixon line. Now he LOVES it there. Go figure!
