It's Gerard Owmby now. I'm named after my cousin in New York City. They pronounced it Jarrod. There's more to that long story. I lived all over California for about ten years, then back to Signal Mountain; Washington, D.C., and now trying to move back to Chattanooga. The most important thing I accomplished was learning Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation technique in 1969, then becoming one of his teachers after studying with him for six months -- my first course of many. I am trained in Ayurvedic medicine and Jyotish. Come see me on Facebook as Gerard Owmby. I was an artist, but now it's mostly Youtube with some photography and Photoshop. See my Photoshop art here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/21616929@N06/
I had the only motorcycle in school, so I should have been the coolest guy in town. But I was morbidly shy. Shy no more.

Happy Birthday, Butch! May you have a million more! Sorry I missed you at the SME reunion. Hopefully next time. I miss our paradise of Signal Mountain. May our moped gang reign forever.
Chris was well-loved. He was kind and helpful to others and roused our pride in our school with the band. Chris extended this high character to his life's work as a psychotherapist to elevate the lives of others. Now he's with the other angels. Thank you, Chris, for helping to make our years at CHS such an exciting and joyous time.
Happy Birthday, Scot. Golfer, restorer, man of many talents.
It's Gerard Owmby now. I was named after my cousin in New York City where they pronounce Gerard as Juh-ROD. It's a long story. I lived ten years in California and about that long in Washington, D.C. Now I'm trying to get back to Chattanooga. I was an artist, then got into photography, and now I do video on Youtube. My greatest accomplishment was learning Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation technique and then spent six months learning to teach it. It gave me the confidence to travel all over the country teaching. I was morbidly shy in school. Shy no more. Come join me on Facebook as Gerard Owmby.

Hey, Butch! Happy Birthday! May you have a million more. I'm still working on coming to Chattanooga to look for a rent or buy. See you soon before it freezes over here, I hope.
Hey, Bill! Happy Birthday! May you have a million more. Hope you are flying high.
Happy Birthday, Big Drummer Boy.
My dear friend, Jerry. He traveled in our pack of friends just out of high school -- Garry Tucker, Steve Sharp, and Lynda Akridge from City, and from other schools Caroline and Jeanie Goble, and Dan Carrol. Everyone loved him.
Happy Birthday, Bill. May you have a million more.

Happy Birthday, Butch! May you have a billion more.
We had the greatest high school in the world. It was the greatest party on Earth. But I was morbidly shy. No more. I wish I could go back and live it over again and do it right this time.
