Sammie played little league baseball for my Dad back in the '60's. He was always such a nice guy. I loved his Mom and Dad, they were his biggest supporters. I had an opportunity to "catch up" with him when his wife taught our youngest at Alpine Crest Elementary. They were devoted parents too. I was so sorry to learn of Sammie's passing. I don't know how to get in touch with his wife or son. I would like to express my deepest sympathy to you and your friends. I am so sorry for your loss.
