Pat Dodson (Tricia --I Dont Go By "Little Pat" Anymore :) )

Peggy Puckett knows about the reunion and the website. I chatted with her via email and Wanda Nash Putney cuts her hair. I know she cut her hair recently.

I think Wanda said she knew how to get in contact with Anita Drumheller's mum as well.

I may have an old email address for Anita, will check it out.

Y'all are doing an amazing job with this website and getting people together on here and facebook.

Great job!

I cant remember how I got Peggys email maybe through Wanda. I got Anitas a while back when I was on the Dr Phil show. She saw me and contacted me through myspace.

I wish I could do more but maybe when I am home in June I can help and I can come a few days early for the reunion and help out.

You guys are doing an amazing job!

I found about a dozen people (including Peggy Puckett) just looking through a Richmond phone directory my brother mailed to me. To the best of my recollection Peggy manages the liquor store at Oxbridge Square there at the corner of Courthouse road and 360 across from Rockwood Park. I spoke with Loretta Clay's mother, but I did not hear from Loretta. I tried to call Debbie Dance's parents but I have yet to catch them at home. I spoke with Mark Ludwig. I noticed he is registered. The last time I saw Jerry St. John was 1986. I delivered him a Domino's Pizza. He did not recognize me. I also delivered a pizza to Brian Crenshaw. He gave me that I've seen you somewhere before look, but that was all there was to it. That's okay. Few people will recognize me in September, but I will be there come hell or hurricane. Woo hoo!

Kim if you see George Williams again would you please tell him to look me up. Last time I saw him he was in Raleigh looking for a job but have not heard from him since and that was about 6 years ago.

Hello Muffin I will try this one more time. While I was stationed at A.P. Hill in Bowling Green Va, our past time was to go to Mary Washington to drink beer and meet girls. Well I heard that you were there and I was able to find the dorm you were at and even made it inside. Well I got one of the girls to get you to come out. I waited and finally you came out long enough to say "Hey I'm in a hurry to go somewhere"(not a direct quote). My heart was dashed my will to go on was all but gone. All I could think was she does not remember me. This put me in a tail spin I went on a drinking binge at the student union and went home (or somewhere) with some girl I met there. Now I finally get a chance to tell you after all these years. THANK YOU I HAD A BLAST THAT NIGHT!!

Hi Mike - Just like mom says "things always work out for the best" You had a blast that night and it sounds like you needed it (the blast)! Truly, though, I apologize if I acted like a " rhymes with witch"- Wow I am caught with my - how should I say - "panties down"! Actually I might have been a bit friendlier if you had said you were at my dorm for a "panty raid" We Mary Wash girls were always happy to oblige!

Anyway, look forward to being nicer to you in Sept - and I owe you a cold one!

Hey gang, just a heads up about Deborah Royall..she was one of my best friends in high school, we introduced her to Robert's brother. They got married 3 months before we did, straight after we graduated. Being my sister-in-law, I am after her to participate, and will see her next weekend, and will try to get her on the computor, and signed on and hopefully plan on attending the reunion. She has a million and one reasons to not attend but...I will do my best!

Jerry St.John, where are you? I have this vivid memory of you in 9th grade math class super glueing the door shut! On a first year teacher! LOL!

I got this from my Pop and thought with the current climate it is a hoot.

Lawrence Livermore Laboratories has discovered the heaviest element yet known to science.

The new element, Governmentium (symbol=Gv), has one neutron, 25 assistant neutrons, 88 deputy neutrons, and 198 assistant deputy neutrons, giving it an atomic mass of 312.
These 312 particles are held together by forces called morons, which are surrounded by vast quantities of lepton-like particles called peons. Since Governmentium has no electrons, it is inert. However, it can be detected, because it impedes every reaction with which it comes into contact. A tiny amount of Governmentium can cause a reaction that would normally take less than a second, to take from 4 days to 4 years to complete.

Governmentium has a normal half-life of 2 to 6 years. It does not decay, but instead undergoes a reorganization in which a portion of the assistant neutrons and deputy neutrons exchange places. In fact, Governmentium's mass will actually increase over time, since each reorganization will cause more morons to become neutrons, forming isodopes. This characteristic of moron promotion leads some scientists to believe that Governmentium is formed whenever morons reach a critical concentration. This hypothetical quantity is referred to as critical morass.

When catalyzed with money, Governmentium becomes Administratium (symbol=Ad), an element that radiates just as much energy as Governmentium, since it has half as many peons but twice as many morons

The governmentium joke is funny, but it is really nothing to laugh about because it is so true. This country is going down a Governmentium toilet pipe just as fast as everyone in the D.C. sector can flush it. That is just a sad but true fact. Anybody who thinks the Obama administration is working to fix our problems should put out an easter basket this Saturday and hope for some chocolate candy. You will get more out of it. Buy a gun! Buy it now! Stop laughing at our problems and get ready to stand up for liberty. Revolution is coming.

04/09/09 06:11 PM #163

Brian Pennington

Charles- what does liberty have to do with gun control? Come on man you are smarter than that! SOunds like NRA party line to me.

04/09/09 07:34 PM #164

Barry Jones

Brian, I got a good chuckle out of the Governmenium story.
Charles, I am not so sure buying a gun is the solution to all of our problems. I have thanked God many times in the past few years for not letting me get a gun. I have gotten a short temper over the years, and I would be the idiot that you read about in the paper and say, “What was that guy thinking?”, after reading about me shooting a neighbor for throwing a cigarette butt in my driveway. Brenda keeps me in line. When I say, can I buy a gun, she says “NO”. Maybe she is the voice of God…

04/09/09 09:20 PM #165

Brian Pennington

Barry, glad you had a laugh from what Pop sent. I had a good one myself. It is more close to the truth than we want to think about. The gun issue does not make sense to me, but then there are a lot of things that do not.

Sorry guys---I do not get a discount at the liqour store. Sometimes I wonder if I get a paycheck!!

HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!

My goodness, I did mean to start up a big old conflict. But with that said- I am not advocating no one owning guns. I was just saying that guns have a real purpose and we have to realize what the purpose is. Hunting and self protection. What else do we need automatic weapons for?

04/10/09 08:22 PM #169

Brian Pennington

Ryan- you are so correct! Now, Fairfield- we did have a cooler full of beer. We were travleing way across town(then) - yes I was there. We stopped to regroup and change drivers to make our entrance to drive -in (since everyone but us were under age)Jay was driving and he got pulled. We freaked and dumped the cooler. We ended up going back to a party in Southside somewhere. The crew was out and about! Jay, Bill, you, me, Brian Carr, Keith Kirby and a few others. Going to Fairfield to see an x rated movie! Wow - oh, my gosh how things have changed

Hey Folks. I did not mean to open a can of worms. I thought the governmentium thing was very funny. On the other hand when something stupid happens in our nation it seems like the first thing we do is turn it in to a joke. I must say that bothers me. I don't think we will be fighting in the streets any time soon. I hope not. I would rather have a gun and not need it than need it and not have it. We need to let clear thinking prevail, but we also need to realize the Government that can give you anything can also take everything. Don't be paranoid, but be aware. Government is made in the voting booth. That is how we got Obama to begin with. Rush Limbaugh is a bit extreme, but he is not an idiot. We are all good Americans here and sometimes I go a little overboard. I'll try to keep the commentary out of politics.
