I remember the time in 1982 or 1983 that April Gustafson had just completed a gruelling three-day seminar presentation and had stayed up very late/early to bake cookies/food that a student was kicking back and eating in a desk; April asked "Well, do you want to have a discussion?" and that student said, with his shoes up on the next desk, eating April's food, "About what?" :)
