Sista’s of the Soil  (SOS), is a networking coalition for professional and business sistas of Caribbean heritage, who are seeking to connect with other truly empowered Caribbean sistas.

 As women of the Caribbean, we believe we have the ability to grow, to soar, to use our mind, strength and influences to the fullest extent, for the pursuit of our own happiness and that of other sistas, who are less fortunate than ourselves.

 As a non-profit organization, our mission is develop and promote alternative strategies for the educational and career development of all women of the Caribbean; provide scholarship assistance to deserving girls; provide support and social assistance to our seniors in the community;  empower each other through the sharing of vital information and resources ; and  provide leadership, role models and mentors for aspiring young women.
