Went to work at Sander elevator in 64 and joined National Guard in 64. Started college at Moorhead in 66 and changed to Delta State University in Jan of 67. Married Lil Powers in 67, we have now been married over 42 years. Worked at Baxter while going to college. Finish with accounting degree in 70 and started farming. Have been going to Morrison Chapel Baptist Church since 1960, and have been treasurer for 30 years. Bought my first land in 1976 and we have been adding to it ever since.
