Vernon E. May, 56, of Bryant, IN, died August 30, 2002 at Parkview Memorial Hospital, Ft. Wayne IN following a heart attack.

He was born June 4, 1946, in Ft. Wayne, IN, to Ferd and Irene (Hartnagel) May.

He had worked at the Jay County Sheriff's Department and served in the U.S. Air Force.
