I was married to classmate Tim Conlon for 9 years and we have two amazing kids. I married Phil Neville in '87. We have 5 children total, including our youngest, who we adopted when we moved to Iowa in 2003. We have 4 grandchildren by Phil's sons - Stefan '94, Grover '95, London '03, and Kaity '06. Tim and I have two grandsons, Lincoln '15 and Mack '18 (Mom is Niki).
I was a legal secretary in Chicago for many years, worked for friend Dave Hubbard for several years, and was in church ministry at Willow Creek, and at my old church in Iowa. There were a few jobs between those. At the age of 55, I found my dream job, the job I currently have with Health Enterprises. It's an amazing company, and I adore my bosses and everyone I work with. Wish I'd found them 30 years ago!
Phil and I are empty nesters and enjoy bike riding. I did a team triathlon in '09 and '10 - the bike portion. We've also done RAGBRAI, which is a weeklong bike ride across Iowa, but have enjoyed weeklong biking trips in Michigan and Wisconsin, as well. We now enjoy biking with our e-bikes.
I became an Iowa Hawkeye fan when we moved to Iowa in '03. We have a Mini Cooper and love road adventures. In November '21, we moved back to IL (Cary) to be near family and grandkids. We loved being able to attend all of their activities. In early '25 we decided we couldn't handle the cold any longer, so we moved south to Gulfport, MS on the Gulf of Mexico. We are absolutely loving it. I'm so blessed to have a company that allows me to work remotely. While we miss the family, we will get back regularly to visit.
