Well I went to Culinary Arts School at Kendall College and graduated in 92. Since then I have been working my way through Florida at various restaurants. Now I work for a catering pavillion in Tampa that is owned by Outback Corp. It is the first of what may be many more across the country. We are working to develop the concept. My wife and I married in 04 and we have traveled around the world for her profession. She is a middle eastern dance performer and teacher.
School Story:
My school memories are kind of foggy/ smoky. I remember the HSC's vs the ASF's rivalry, but we all ended up friends in the long run. I do also recall some issue with Mr Murdy. LOL. Sneakin out for lunch was always a challange, gettin by the muscle bros.
