I can't remember what the name of the play was. The blazer does not tell us. Someone must know.

Our play was "One Foot in Heaven" a comedy -- at least people laughed at those of us in it!

I must have been on the publicity committee because I remember cutting out hundreds of construction paper "footprints" and taping them on the walls of the halls.

Who were the leading actors and actresses in the cast? I now can remember the feet all about Redford! :)

The four leads were Tom Doyle as the Reverend Spence; Jill Crawford as Mrs. Spence; Donna Felthouse as daughter Eileen Spence and Roger Cope as son Hartzell Spence. There's a good rundown to be found on pages 30 and 31 of the Blazer which is available now through this site. It appears in the middle of the January 1959 graduates as the senior play of the class of 1960 appears in the middle of the June 1959 graduates -- always one semester in advance. Looking at the entire cast it's sad to see that several are no longer with us: Tom Doyle, Fred Piet, Carol Sanders, Judy Casemore, and David Hirvela. Roger Cope is on the list of missing classmates. Does anybody know what happened to Cliff White -- our terrific director and a great teacher and friend?
