There was no obituary for Mary Mercer.  She had never signed in to our class website.  Classmate Linda Stultz Tucker found an obituary for Mary's husband below who died in 2015.   She was able to contact  Mary's  daughter Beth who confirmed her mother's passing in 2022,  (See below)

LIKINS DONALD E. Age 78. September 9, 2015. Loving husband of Mary (nee Mercer) for 55 years. Loving father of Donald J. (Toni), Beth (Doug) White, Joseph M. (Carol), Matthew J. (Sharisse); seven grandchildren, Anne, Ben, Katelyn, Leighann, Grace, Adam, Steven; one great-grandchild, Claire. Leaves behind a brother, Robert. He will be fondly remembered by all his family and friends. Private family memorial to be held in the near future.

From Linda:  I began writing each child and in-law, having no idea 🤷‍♀️ who or if anyone would reply.  Mary’s daughter, Beth, did much to my delight. 

She wrote:  "Linda, my mom passed on June 30, 2022. There was not an obit published.She had been ill for a number of years, Multiple Myeloma. In the end I think her heart gave out. She was wonderful and sweet until the end."
