Getting lost in the big school, running to get to the next class in time. The teachers, a couple of them really wanted to help me learn. My friends, the teen dances, riding on a crowded public bus to get to school or walking home 2 miles when I missed the bus.
I worked at Cunninghams Drug Store behind the soda fountain (part time) while I was a student at Redford High. Most of the customers were Redford kids waiting for the bus. It was a fun job & met a lot of the kids from the neighborhood.

Married Steven Maxson - 1962 divorced 1974. We had 2 sons Brian & Randy. I lived in Wixom, Mich until 1980. Then met & married Ed Hicks. We moved to New Port Richey, Florida in 1980. Divorced Ed in 1991. Took my name Ross back at that time.I lived & worked in Florida until Aug 15, 2008. Decided to retire & moved back to Michigan to be near the kids. Moved back to Florida September 2014.
