Ethel (Stoelt) Hough

Ethel C. Hough, 79, of Howell, passed away on August 22, 2021. She was born March 30, 1942 in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of Arnold and Ervilla Stoelt. Ethel was a graduate of Redford High School. She retired from the Secretary of State. Ethel enjoyed reading, knitting and playing cards. She was most passionate about her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Ethel is survived by her loving children, Kim (Eric) Franks and Steve (Lori) Hough; grandchildren, Cory (Jess) Franks, Aaron (Nicole) Franks, Kaitlyn (Corey) Franks, Steven and Brandon Sexton; great-grandchildren, Elijah, Anabelle, Hayden, Naveah and Coryn. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Mary Reed.

A memorial service will be held, Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 11 am at Watkins Brothers Funeral Homes - MacDonald's Chapel, Howell with guests welcome from 10 am until the start of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Ethel`s memory may be sent to Alzheimer's Association or the Humane Society of Livingston County.
