Bill Hess passed away on April 6 in his hometown of Stanford, CT. After graduating from ELHS, he spent his entire career as an elevator engineer in Hartford and in Stanford. He also served for 6 years in the Massachusetts Army National Guard. Bill was survived by one son, one daughter, two step-children, his wife Catherine, four sisters, and several grandchildren.
