Hi Melissa. Sorry so late to respond. I do remember Martha. Say hello for me. For those of you wondering about Dominic. He also lives in San Anotnio. Married, and has a beautiful 7 month old daughter. I have asked him several times to login. As for Victor Nunez response to taking part in blocking off Edgemere, I'll take the 5th. Any way, great to hear and see everyones photos. Looking forward to seeing you all at the reunion.

Mr. Fortis, I see that you have a slightly bad memory, We did have succesful 1988, if i'm not mistaken GEE won state, Volleyball team went undefeated and area champs, wrestling had some winners and track well Rene was just awesome to see run but what was best was the girls watching (drooling) him run. I will show on Thursday but like I said I will be running late I have the night shift that night, maybe I can sweet talk the supervisor.

Joe, yes Hell Paso has changed a whole lot but chicos is still in the same place. Did you all hear it caught fire and closed down for about 3 weeks to renovate? Community was going LOCO!! Well Pat and Evelyn will be there, what about Marbles and Jenn? Who else is coming let's get a list. Take care all we'll talk soon.

I gotta pipe up here because the women's swim team also won regionals in 1988. The Coronado girls Medley relay false started and we took it. Hehehehe! Oh, dear, was I in trouble with them at the next Aqua Posse practice. THAT was the best part.

Rik Avalos.........you have a wonderful sick, twisted sense of humor. Gotta love it!

Hey Becky, sorry I couldnt make it last night... Had the kids til about 1100 pm before I dropped them off at home...

Gang, see you all Thursday....!! Looking forward to seeing some friendly faces..

** Speaking of bat incidents... my kids were out front with their cousins... My son wanted to bat next and his little sister tried to take the bat from him. He wouldnt let go and neither would she... She finally yelled at him, "let go!!" He did and she proceeded to hit herself right in the front tooth with the bat... She now has a nice chip on her front tooth as a friendly reminder.
Nevertheless, i now have to set up a dentist appt for her...

Rik! A little conk... now thats how we roll!! jk

The first step is admitting I have a problem? The only problem I have is that Mario has too much free time on his hands and some photo editing software. But that would be a cool t-shirt...

I know... too many faithful years as a fan of Lewis Black and George Carlin!

By the way, since there are so many of us who are wondering "how the hell did he post a picture in his posts?", but do not want to admit it, I will go ahead and be the first moron to openly admit it...

So hey, Mario, how the hell did you post pictures in the posts?

Rick, Just a basic HTML tag
for example:
img src="https://www.photobucket.com/rikspics/toby.jpg" make sure to put the above line between these two symbols < > The photo has to be hosted somewhere accessible through the internet. The photo I used below is hosted on the classcreator.com site at https://www.classcreator.com/002/000000115336/000000053413.jpg because you uploaded it to your profile.

Easiest thing to do is upload your photos to www.photobucket.com and they will provide you with the line of code that you just copy and paste into your message

Now I expect to see more media rich content on this site.

It works for video too. Here is a video of my nephew, John Skelton (former Burges High School QB) throwing a touchdown hail Mary pass (not unlike Loya to Esparza, circa 1982). This was his freshmen year where he won the starting position halfway through the season. Last year, his sophomore year, his team the Fordham Rams (Bronx, NY) won the Patriot League. He is 6'5" 230 lbs with a rocket arm. 2 years from now I expect him to go in the first round ;)

Hey Becky---I was trying to get on last night but for some reason when I clicked on the link a blank screen would pop open. My daughter Mercedes was my witness. She is a genius on computers and we figured with the weather and this slow computer or just the site was having problems. So yes, I will be there at olive garden around 12:30pm. I have pics of my kids(you met Herbie remember?)and am ready for whatever gossip shall ensue. Hope to see all who can make it:)

Hey Patrick! It is great to hear from you. Please try to get your brother Dominic to log in. It would be great to see pics of you guys. I remember you so well along with the rest of the gang at Coldwell! I will always remember you for insisting that you could write without looking at the paper-just write down whatever the teacher was puting on the overhead projector really fast!

Mario! Thanks for the videos and good grief, does he look like a Loya! What a kid......and how exciting is it going to be watching him in the future.

Mario,

Thanks for the html lesson. Perhaps we can take it to another level and start using flash? Great video clip of your bro! Thanks for sharing.

Vanessa,

Great hearing from you!!! :) LOL I knew there were tons of us who were like... "Oh how cool, Mario posted a picture of John, how funny... I'd like to post a picture too, but I don't know how..." I'm used to being the sacrificial lamb when it comes to asking questions no one wants to ask. Ask some of my college professors. :)

Okay, I was going to take the high road, but I'm a little pissed... aren't you? These guys look like pros with their kick a$$ uniforms and new fields and they actually execute plays... what the hell? We had those Claytex/Pony cleats that barely fit because they were used, and our uniforms looked like we were attempting to look 'throw-back', unfortunately, that wasn't our intent, the field was a marked off portion of dirt and stickers and the referees were hungover from the night before. :)

Okay, scratch that, I just realized that was Fordham not Burges.

Thanks Lisa, Look forward to seeing you on Thursday.

Liz, -- Juan did graduate in 89 but he was part of our group. Do you remember Hector Cano's camaro? I didn't really talk to Hector much but I remember that camaro. I guess you can say that those were my two secrete crushes in high school. Juan's mustang and Hector's camaro.. See you at lunch.

Anybody else going to Olive Garden, cielo vista, at 12:30 let us know. So far it's a table for four.

For those takers for Olive Garden today, can we please make this an extended lunch, from 11:45a - 1:30p or longer for those that can? I have a meeting in Juarez at 1:30p, therefore, need to leave early. I talked to Becky and she will be there early as well. Sorry for this inconvenience, this automotive industry is WILD!!!! See you all there today!

Chris.... I am not sure if Jenn will be there on Thursday, but I will. I believe she has family in town. I will try and convince her to take them!!!! :-)
