70th B'day Survey

It's time to stand up and be counted if you want to join your classmates for a 70th Birthday bash in 2010.  All we're looking for initially is a head count.  So the only reason to reply "NO" is if you are definitely not interested, no matter what the time, place, etc.  We'll go into greater detail in a later survey, as soon as we have this poll tallied.
