My most important and happiest activity is detailed above and is ongoing.
In addition, I have been active in Nursing as a nurse educator at Ball State U. retiring as Professor Emerita in 1993 and as a Surgical Critical Care nurse at many hospitals in Indianapolis and eventually retiring from the VA in Indy in 2007.
Jake and I now can devote ourselves to Church activities such as a Pastoral Care ministery for several nursing homes in our area and other church activities.
We are also knee deep in collecting (and tending) Hosta, daylily and fern plantings around our home.
We also love to travel when we get the time. Lately most of our travels involve visiting our kids in Denver and LA.
