Steve lived two houses up from me and I treasure the memories of growing up with him and his sister. I remember a time when my brother Jimmy caught Steve saying something about me and he chased Steve down the street and creamed his face in to the concrete. (Big brothers, ha!) But we were still friends after that and I hated to hear of his passing.
