Jesse Porter Thinking of skiing it come the spring, liked the looks of it when I flew over last time, and I've not done any of the 14,000 foot peaks out there or in the Sierras, climbed all of Colorado's 14ers, and haven't glacier skiied since I was in France in 2000. Ask Terre about the motorcycle incident...

Ah thanks Jesse....we were supposed to finish an assignment before we could go to recess, Furbeck had playground duty so we were left in the classroom along with a few others to finish the assignment. You sat in front of me and proceeded to help me with the answers...then you ran to the playground while I finished my work and told Furbeck that I cheated off of you!! she didn't believe me that you offered the answers so I got swatted for cheating!!!

Randy I have been blessed/cursed with an obsession with needing to go as hard at recreation as many people do with career. Once I discovered skiing and ski mountaineering in my early thirties it was all over. The commitment needed to solo mountaineer (I did over 35 of colo's 54 fourteeners solo) could have earned me a lot of money if channeled differently. I have a bad thing now which is that I kinda need to be scared to be really having fun. Mixed blessing
