Donna Brooks Bennett

I have worked at American Gold Mine in St Joseph for the past 27 yrs where I serve as store manager. I love my job and can't imagine ever imagine retiring, although I am looking ahead to that day. I am a little over halfway to finishing my candidacy to become a licensed local pastor in the United Methodist Missouri Conference. My hope is after retirement to take a small church part time, who knows maybe before retirement, is that is where the Lord leads me, and my family.
I continue to be close to our grandchildren as they grow. Two will graduate in 2012, hard to believe, I know, the time goes by so fast. All of them are in school now, and Dylan enters high school at Benton next year. The two youngest (so far) are in 1st grade and are both 6 going on 16, as they all both have older siblings to model themselves after. Very Scary!!
