Elizabeth Wood Hansen

After high school I attended Mo West for a year and worked in the campus library. Then I graduated from Platte College with a Fashion Merchandising degree. I met my husband, Gary, on a blind date (thank you very much, Andrea) in 1979. We were married in 1981. I've had many different occupations since leaving high school. I was a bridal consultant/buyer at Townsend and Wall; floral designer/sales associate/event coordinator at JC Penney in St. Joseph and Omaha; secretary; personnel assistant with Ag Processing at their corporate office in Omaha; Went back to school and got a BS in Human Resources at Bellevue University in NE while working as an HR Manager at Omaha Standard, Inc.; legal secretary for almost 10 years and Creative Memories Consultant for 8 years.

One of my many favorite past times is writing. I've posted an illustration from one of my storybooks. Someday I will be a published author!
