Terry H. Smith, age 60, of Franklin, Ohio, passed away Friday, November 21, 2014. He was born July 14, 1954 in Middlesboro, Kentucky, the son of the late Ernest and Dent (Collins) Smith. Terry was self-employed for many years and was an ordained minister at Faith Missionary Baptist in Franklin. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Dearl R. Smith as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Terry is survived by his son, Jason Smith of Columbus.
