Heidi Hughes Cederstrand

I worked at a real estate company right out of high school and went to Anoka Ramsey for a couple of years. I wish I would have attended a University (one of my few regrets and something I hope my children won't do). I have always had an interest in housing/real estate and worked at Anoka County. I was in charge of a HUD grant called CDBG. I then decided I liked working with the homeowners more, so I took a job at a non-profit and assisted individuals with housing grants and now I work at the City of Coon Rapids in the Assessing Dept. The people I work with are so fun and I really enjoy it!

All good memories. Fridley (especially the class of 1989!!) was pretty special! It is so strange to think that we are all grown up now-it goes so fast. It is really fun to read all the profiles.

Every day.

I have been happily married for 12 years and have three great kids, that actually listen when I am talking about half the time. My husband is a pilot, and his schedule can be pretty crazy, so we do a lot of juggling, but we have it down to a science now. Life is very good!
I would love to be a better golfer (or be able to golf well at all), so I am taking lessons this spring/summer. I miss softball, but enjoy taking walks and playing tennis. I am always up for a good game night with friends and a few cocktails! The kids are at the sports age now, so as most of you at that stage know it always keeps things moving.
