Graduated from East Carolina University in 1984 with a BS degree in Industrial Technology with a Minor in Finance.

Happily Married to Kim (Starling) Krentz on May 31, 1986.

37 years in Banking stretching from Goldsboro to Winston-Salem to Greenville and now back to Goldsboro.

Co-Owner with Kim of Downtown Pharmacy in Goldsboro. Opened in June 2018. Kim is a 1984 Graduate of the UNC School of Pharmacy. Store is located on the corner of Center and Mulberry Streets in Downtown Goldsboro.

Winning skit night as a freshmen class and being the envy of the sophomore, Junior and Senior Classes. I have people to this day that are still mad over that. Unbelievable!! Rhonda Joyner laying a big kiss on me at the end of the skit, that was not in the script!! Her boyfriend Durwood Tyndall not speaking to me for over a week after that!
