Susan Hughes (McCarty)

Jackson Adam Blansett was born 11/28/2009 - 7 lbs, 13.9 ounces and a head full of red hair. Needless to say, he is the prettiest baby I have ever seen (looks like his Momma with red hair) If the bilirubin count stays down, and they don't have to keep taking him back to the hospital lab to have his foot pricked, all will be well!

Jim is shopping for saddle, boots and spurs for him this weekend!

Meriwether Montgomery Rayner and family, your precious Frank is now at peace and surrounded in Heaven by the angels. I can imagine that he is smiling down on all of us now that he is free of pain. My prayers will remain with you, your children and grandchildren.

Rayner, I wrote you on Facebook. We heard of Frank's death last night. Mitzi and I are at Ole Miss with our son, Mark. We paused at dinner last night and said a prayer for you, the children and other family members. Frank was and remains a very large part of so many of us. He touched us with his "Frankness" and that remains with us to this day. And you Rayner have also been so much of the story. Thank you for taking such good care of Frank. Now it is time to move forward in your time and way. I know that many of us will continue to think of you.

Jobana, thank you for the news on Jack Kahlstorf. He was one of the sweetest boys that went to GHS. He always had a big smile and was so involved in GHS activities. It certainly sounds like he went on to do wonderful things in his life, had a sweet family and was well thought of in his community. My heart goes out to his family and friends.
