Just received information about an obituary for, our classmate, Jack Larrison. It can be found online on the Tampa Bay Times website along with other obituaries of that time. However, the applicable text from that site is as follws:
LARRISON, JOHN PATRICK, 53, of Indian Shores, formerly of St. Petersburg, died in a sky diving accident Sunday (Jan. 10, 1999) in Zephyrhills. He came to St. Petersburg in 1948 from his native Chicago and graduated from Boca Ciega High School and the University of Tampa. He was a self-employed financial consultant. He was a Marine veteran of the Vietnam War. A captain, he was awarded three Purple Hearts and the Bronze Star. Survivors include three daughters, Leslie Anne Turner, Ponte Vedra, Stacey Lynn Larrison, Jacksonville Beach, and Lindsay Michelle Larrison, Durango, Colo.; his parents, Pearl and Larry Larrison, and a sister, Jill Cramer, all of St. Petersburg; a brother, Tim, Naples, Fla.; and three nieces and four nephews. Gulf Breeze Cremation & Burial Society, Largo.

Jack--I remember when you and Bill Howell were bus boys at the Port-O-Call during the Guy Lombardo era. You were given a free meal and you both chose to have it in "fine dining style" at a table with fine linen, fancy silver ware, crystal glass ware, et. al.--in the linen room, of course! Jack died Jan 10th 1999 from a skydiving accident at ZEPHYRHILLS, Florida.
