Holtville Carrot Carnival Fundraiser
 
  1. Basic Information about the carnival
 
Saturday Feb. 6, 2010
$50.00 for a booth and space
Paperwork is due Jan. 22, 2010
Booths can be set up at 4 am but no later than 9am that morning
We will take down our booth when food is gone or upon our discretion
 
  1. Decision on what type of food/drinks
 
Chili cheese nachos with jalapenos, people can leave off chili or jalapenos. We will also have carrots on the side (because we have to). We decided to have soda and bottled water.
 
  1. Prices
 
Nachos: $2.00
Chili Cheese Nachos: $3.00
Soda & Bottle Water: $1.00
 
 
  1. How we will get the food
 
Brad is going to look into Costco, if not we will ask class mates for donations of food or money.
