Jonathan Boyd

I travel the world singing opera. I have performed in France, Belgium, Italy, Portugal, Argentina, Canada, and USA. I have released a solo CD. My wife Malinda Haslett and I met while singing the roles of the two young lovers in the opera "Falstaff" by G. Verdi. We have been married now for 8 years. In the few moments I have free I spend working on getting my captain's licence for sailing. To date I am certified to sail a 20 ft. keel boat.

I had the honor of drum major of the marching band. I was in both concert choir and select choir. I was on the varsity tennis team, JV soccer team, and the JV wrestling team. I was in the school play "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" and the show "42nd Street". I was part of "Classy Jazz" The band members included Tim Smith on saxaphone, Mike Williams on trumpet, Todd Lewis on drums. There were various other people makeing camio appearances for various gigs including "strong kids safe kids" and other community gatherings. I lived on Hibbard Road were we had an "after the school dance" party and sleep over. The following morning at the breakfast table we laughed as the next victim was attacked under the table by my crazy cat "Spooky". Graduation was memorable because the morning after it I left at 6:30am to participate in the young artist program at Tangelwood....I have not stopped perfroming music since.
